“Glenda has been a colleague, mentor, and amazing volunteer leader. I've had the good grace to share planning and accessibility professional benchmarking and career pathway engagements with Glenda via my work at IAAP and her work as part of our volunteer leadership. As an accessibility community leader Glenda makes time to provide advice and insights that are invaluable. Not often do you find technical expertise and the ability to share strategic leadership all in the same package. My world and my accessibility knowledge is better for having the opportunity to learn with and from Glenda.”

This white paper loosk at the different perspectives people have when testing accessibility. We distinguish the following testing perspectives: Minimal, Optimized and Ideal.
By recognizing that there is no “one best way” of interpreting WCAG, and that each of these perspectives is valid in their own right, we hope to rise above some of the interpretation wars that have been going on in the field of web accessibility for a decade.
Together we can stop the a11y interpretation wars!Other authorsSee publication -
