What are the most innovative sourcing strategies for succession planning?
Succession Planning for Strategic and Core roles in any organization leads to long term success. Any role that you are not comfortable being outsourced should be the focus of your hiring and development process. I believe that you hire initially for values and passion (alignment with vision). Jim Collins, "right person then develop for the right seat on the bus". Succession Planning without a clear long term hiring and development strategy seldom delivers organizational alignment or success. Hire great and aligned talent, help them find their place on the team!

You're struggling to build a diverse workforce. What's the first step you need to take?
Hire based on values, culture and attributes. Getting that right will lead to a high performing organization. If you are having “diversity” concerns it would fall into one of those areas which means it probably starts at the top of the organization and no amount of “diversity initiatives” will fix it!
