“I had the pleasure of working for Fredia at Kelly Services for just over three years. Fredia was an excellent leader who provided guidance while empowering and supporting her team. She genuinely cared about her full time staff, clients and temporary employees. I admired Fredia's dedication, drive and passion each and every day! Fredia would be an asset to any company.”

Through my affiliation with the Wabash Valley Human Resources Association, I was able to establish a partnership for HR professionals to volunteer at the Washington Alternative School. I coordinated volunteers to deliver the sessions and solicited donations for a student recognition event at the end of the program. This is now an ongoing partnership to allow HR professionalism to impact the career choices and lives of student in a high risk setting.
