    Faith McIver has more than 10 years of cheerleading experience. She began cheering in 3rd grade at Bunker Hill Elementary under the direction of Michelle Houston, and joined Crimson Heat All-Stars one year later. From 4th through 12th grade, Coach Faith demonstrated the discipline and dedication to move from what was then "Youth Novice" to Crimson Heat's first level 5 team, 5-Alarm. Coach Faith's philosophy is "The first step is a decision to try." Whether it be in school, work or on the mat she has demonstrated her commitment to see things through to the end. Coach Faith was also named Crimson Heat's 2010 cheerleader of the year.

    Applicants were asked to develop a “moonshot” idea for a client, and in 500 words or less explain how you would use technology to do something amazing.

    With more than 100 applicants in the H+K global network, my idea for working with the Alzheimer’s Association and other partners to develop sensory technology to aid in the emotional distress for Alzheimer’s patients and their caregivers made the top 15.
