How do you collaborate and communicate with your stakeholders using a content calendar tool?
It's tempting to set up a complex system to track everything you do. Resist the urge. For most of my content marketing sites, I tracked everything in a single Excel spreadsheet. It had a lot of columns, but it kept everything in one place, and it was easy to update, sort, and share. That worked even for one site where I published five features and four blog posts every week. A content calendar tool can help you. But start simple, until you know what problems you actually want to solve.

What are some effective strategies to proofread your own writing?
When you think you're done... set the essay aside. Ideally, walk away from it overnight. In the morning, you'll see glaring errors, both in minutiae (grammar and spelling) and in the article's organization. "Oh, now that I think of it, I should move up that sentence" or "I should be more explicit about what 'that' refers to." Almost _never_ do I leave the work unchanged in that last-pass edit. And I've been writing professionally for 30 years.
