Erica Mattison

As board chair, I worked closely with the Executive Director and fellow board members to develop and implement strategies to advance our mission of creating a more bike-friendly Massachusetts. Our work included: advancing nonprofit leadership and governance, conducting prospect research, grant writing, pursuing individual and corporate giving, and conducting community outreach.
