I've been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years specializing in membership relations, customer service, and golf related sales and marketing. I think a game of golf should be enjoyed by all guests at a clean and reputable facility, serviced by an appreciative staff, while playing in a timely manner. If we have done our job correctly the guest will not only want to return quickly, but also bring back their closest friends, family and associates.
