Duties included project tracking of all financial accounting, contract submittals and drawings, change orders and correspondence using Paragon 4.0 software as well as project file creation and management. Ms. Tinney assisted in the preparation of the request for proposal and final contract documents including writing sections related to environmental permit requirements and regulatory compliance issues. She prepared all monthly progress reports on project status including financial summaries that were submitted to the State of Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA). 1998-1999.
