  • System and method for multi-cloud gateway configuration within API service control plane

    Issued US11429464B2

A method of configuring a hybrid, multi-cloud gateway configuration system for executing an application programming interface (API) may comprise receiving, via a network interface device of the API service control plane system, gateway operation policies in a first format for execution of an API at a first gateway type and a second gateway type, generating via one of a plurality of gateway type policy translators and transmitting to a gateway of the first gateway type, a first configuration…

  • Method for updating instance-based message maps using metadata

    Issued 10747588

A system and method for facilitating integrating software systems. An example method includes generating a test dataset (also called instance dataset herein); inputting the test dataset to a first software system and a second software system that are to be integrated; triggering a first set of one or more source messages (also called target messages herein) from the first software system and a second set of one or more source messages from the second output message based on the test dataset;…

  • System and method for determining and visually predicting at-risk integrated processes based on age and activity

    Issued US US 8589207 B1

An information handling system comprises a connection via a network interface for receiving business process data from an integrated business process running at a location, the business process data comprises at least data indicating data volume for the integrated business process. The information handling system further comprises a storage device for storing data representing an aggregate of business process data for an integrated business process and account data for the enterprise user of…

An information handling system comprises a connection via a network interface for receiving business process data from an integrated business process running at a location, the business process data comprises at least data indicating data volume for the integrated business process. The information handling system further comprises a storage device for storing data representing an aggregate of business process data for an integrated business process and account data for the enterprise user of the integrated business process, and a processor adapted to determine a qualitative integrated business process performance designation from the aggregate business process data and account data. If the processor determines that there is no data volume from the business process data and no saved changes to the integrated business process within a specified time period, then the processor allocates an at-risk integrated business process performance designation and prepares a case file for this integrated business process.
