Having been selected by several Fortune 500 technology companies to be the founding CEO of the XR Association (XRA), an industry trade association representing virtual, augmented and mixed reality (XR) companies, Liz has been a vocal and visible advocate for immersive technologies.

Under her leadership, the organization has grown from 5 to 50 member companies and has achieved notable legislative successes. Due to Liz’s vision and tenacity, XRA is perceived as a pioneering force driving innovation, collaboration, and standards development within the XR industry. The association's commitment to advancing XR while promoting responsible development garners trust and respect from various stakeholders, including industry professionals, policymakers, thought leaders, academicians, and civil society.
