maurices 425W Project State DEED Grant Proposal
I prepared the initial draft and collaborated with a team to prepare the Capital Projects Grant Program Application for the State of Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. The application requested $10 million for public-eligible components of an $80 million office tower project in downtown Duluth. The project consists of a 600-space parking ramp, the 180,000 square foot corporate headquarters of maurices as well as the 120,000 square foot office tower.
