    Successfully proposed and participated in the development of a number of items specified for the Club Channel. Products included: 2/32oz band packed Sweet Heat Chips, 2/32oz Baby Dill Kosher Dills, 2/32oz Kosher Dill Spears, 46oz. Baby Dill with Sea Salt and 46oz Kosher Organic Baby Dills. Project involved pioneering new label development, banding, and new jar packaging configurations.

  • Keebler Warehouse Transition

    -

    Successfully transitioned the Keebler cookie/cracker and morning foods business from direct store delivery (DSD) to warehouse sourcing in 175 operating stores. Project involved working with Keebler leadership, Acme Divisional leadership, store teams along with warehouse procurement teams. Project completion was a tremendous success resulting in a transparent transition to our customers while increasing both Acme's and Keebler's sales and profitability.

  • Costco Canada Expansion

    Mt. Olive

    Successfully expanded the Mt. Olive Costco business to both buying regions of Canada. This project involved creating special jars, bi-lingual labels, Import and Export certifications along with being the project manager to insure that all documentation was obtained and approved by the Costco buying teams. I was recognized by Mt. Olive for these efforts and for being the first Business Manager to pioneer the Canadian Market.

  • Nabisco Sales Contest

    Nabisco/Mondelez

    Eastern Division winning Category Manager (ASM) for the Nabisco Fall Festival and Spring Spectacular contests for three consecutive times. This is a highly competitive contest tracked by Nabisco and shared with corporate leadership. Key's to success was to effectively partner with both the operations and Nabisco sales teams to drive excitement and internal competition. Weekly recaps were shared with local leadership and store teams to track each stores sales progress.

Four Philadelphia-based trade organizations, with long and successful histories, merged to create MAFTO: the Association of Manufacturers Representatives (AMR), the Tri State Food Marketing Association, the Philadelphia Food Trades Organization and the Mid Atlantic Frozen Foods Association.
