Remember this text: "Ageless Agility - Building a Resilient Mindset" A recent Gallup poll highlighted that 54% of employees face a shortfall in their pension plans. This statistic becomes quite interesting as the retirement age in many countries increases and our health systems improve, leading us to live longer. Generation X is expected to have an average life expectancy of 85 plus. Given these circumstances, it's clear that our approach to work will need to evolve. Many of us will find ourselves in the employment market for longer than previous generations. This could be due to necessity, choice, or a combination of both. At Coachingshoes, I discuss these points and how you can approach this change positively and constructively. I call this Ageless Agility and discuss what we can all do to embrace the change as an opportunity. The first and most important step is understanding how to adopt a growth mindset of choice.
