How can you coach leaders to be more adaptable?
How can we make leaders more adaptable? It begins with self-awareness. Leaders must recognize their own gaps and hire individuals who can fill these while growing with the company. Foster an environment where sharing knowledge is encouraged, not feared. Shift the new job mindset from solo battles to collective success. Encourage team members to develop their processes, reassuring them of our trust. This approach nurtures individual and company growth, enhancing overall adaptability.

Understanding the nuances of your team’s workload, priorities, and stress levels is crucial—it’s a fine balance of necessity and emotional intelligence. Ensuring every team member feels involved is pivotal, fostering a sense of participation in a cause greater than oneself. However, it’s equally important to avoid over-collaboration, which can often lead to burnout. In essence, not every meeting is vital, but those involving key contributors who add significant value are fewer and notably more impactful

Lead a team of 15 technicians on the deployment of 200 Dell 9010 computers in place of 200 Dell 990 series Towers(all being used in workspace). Project required hardware and software upgrades, departmental coordination (to mitigate delay in workflow), documented inventory updates and DOD cyber security standards which were all met one month ahead of schedule of the Naval Special Warfare Group One deadline that led to a 150% overall improvement in office productivity and saved over 50,000.00 USD…
