What do you do if your employees need personalized career development plans to boost engagement?
When it comes to professional training, there needs to be a short term and long term perspective. For example, in AI one can become conversant relatively quickly. Basic terminology, concepts, and use cases are relatively easy to understand. The next level of understanding might be a certification in a particular product like Databricks. How do you use Databricks to implement ML and GenAI capabilities? The next level of understanding requires a much deeper training regimen. For example, understanding the math and statistics behind the algorithms used to create ML models. It's OK to start with terminology and basic concepts but if one desires to be an "expert" then understanding what underpins the terminology and concepts is required.

In one exemplary embodiment, the method may include generating one or more patterns of behavior corresponding to a security breach at a first company, and storing the generated one or more patterns in a pattern repository. In addition, the method may include comparing at least one of the one or more patterns with one or more standardized log files for the first company to identify one or more first…

In addition, the method may include comparing at least one of the one or more patterns with one or more standardized log files for the first company to identify one or more first log entries related to the behavior corresponding to the security breach. The method may also include processing at least one pattern of the one or more patterns with one or more standardized log files for a second company to identify log entries of the second company that indicate a possible security breach at the second company.
