In ‘Case History’ category, for examination in VARBusiness Magazine of how a technology systems overhaul at the New York City Police Department closed long-open cases. Competition included Business Week, Computer Age.

In “Editorial Excellence for a Regular Department” category. Awarded for my regular feature in Homeland Security Today magazine, “After Action,” which included examination of the hostage situation at the 1976 Munich Olympics.
