The EWAB, which was created with the passing of President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, works to shape the Department of Energy’s strategy for supporting current and future energy workforce needs. The 14-member board includes experts in workforce development, labor, and energy, and is working to develop recommendations on how the DoE can support the development of a skilled workforce that will be ready to fill jobs in rapidly-changing U.S. energy economy.
