    • Stabilized and enhanced the HealthChoice managed care program by improving the rate setting process, establishing mechanisms to hold the plans accountable for performance, enhancing fiscal oversight and developing systems to use data to continually improve service delivery.
    • Focused on ways to manage programs more efficiently and achieved over $35M in state fund savings in fiscal years 2002 and 2003.
