“I had the distinct pleasure of working with Dannie while leading Talent Development at Enova, a public, multi-national FinTech and Call Center organization. During that time, I saw Dannie showcase strong leadership, good firm citizenship and a unique capacity to learn, pivot and execute non-stop. What do you do if you're a professional wanting to keep up with new technologies?
I believe that we need to look at e-learning as a supplemental way to look at someone's learning. It is not the answer but a way to present information to fuel them to apply to their relevant learning experiences. Use it as a vehicle to prepare learners to apply it in a kinesthetic or discussion learning method.
