    Key Stakeholder - SAP Procurement to Pay System Development - Through special appointment, performed the role of procurement lead charged with the transform of the company wide sourcing platform which included scoping the new contract management, procurement, and invoicing solutions for internal customers and suppliers. The final strategies led to a reduction in overall transaction cycle times by 22%. We also included solutions that increased legal compliance and proactively mitigated various corporate audit risks. I continue managing the customer support and enhancements for this system by working closely with our IT team.

    Regional Procurement Center – In 2015 led a 5-year innovative transformation process spearheading the reorganization and creation of a team to manage $1+ billion dollars in regional direct and indirect category management spend. Managed a geographically remote team that was responsible for support of the Southern Region. This included overall contract administration, continuous improvement activities, catastrophic emergency leadership, internal and external relationship development to continually drive cost savings and efficiencies down through the organization.

    2018 – Empowered to establish a new system-wide (Northern, Western, and Southern) division of strategic procurement. This included a strategy that would move from a regional procurement model to a centralized procurement model. Began the process to develop a world class call center and off-shore contract administration team which leads the industry in contract management performance. This strategy has led to a reduction of 20% FTE equivalents through continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.

    2020 – Continued to expand my role by assuming leadership of our Customer Care and Supplier Management teams. This increased my reach to managing a team of 26 total employees in person and remotely. I proactively look to create synergies by executing cross-functional collaborative strategies that create additional efficiencies in supplier registrations, customer support for our E-procurement material PO request system, supplier support, and contract fulfillment tasks.
