David assists in developing and maintaining the curriculum, applying feedback from students, and changes in the way operators are tasked and plan. Other related efforts included creating injects and white-cards for developed scenarios. The intent is to be able to provide the material in a package that is easy for Squadron Weapons and Tactic shops to be able to use in house. David is also designated as the main assessor for the 688 CW TPC and NSAs Mission Commander course for integration or absorption. In addition, David is also entrusted as the go-to for anything and everything related to the Wing Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) program. David has been able to draw out the demographics for selected candidates, then create a presentation on "Grooming a WIC Candidate" based off that material. These demographics are pushed out to 67 CW and 688 CW and sent back to the 32 Weapons Squadrons for further analysis. WIC timelines are established to ensure packages are corrected, vetted, and presented to Group Commanders, and eventually signed off by the Wing Commander prior to submission to ACC. For his dedication to mission and outstanding client support; David Stone is well deserving of the Passionate Service Award.
