“I had the good fortune of working at RentTrack with Darryl for nearly 7 years where he was Co-Founder/CTO. Even though I was in sales and did not directly report to Darryl, he made it a point to be inclusive of my feedback and to make himself available to myself and the other reps on my team in support of our organization as a whole. No question was too small. No feedback was too insignificant. Yes, Darryl was a visionary who grew a product from scratch to an industry disruptor with YoY triple-digit growth, but the qualities that left the biggest impression upon me were his core values. Darryl leads with his heart and frequently went out of his way to make every member of our organization feel appreciated and supported, regardless of whether or not they were his direct reports. He was a keystone in our company culture and made RentTrack feel like a family and not just a place of work. I truly miss working with him and can attest to the fact that he would be an invaluable asset to any organization that is lucky enough to have him!”
