“Daniel was my manager while I was an MBA intern at Alpaca VC. Prior to graduate school, I was an investment associate at the CIM Group, a $40BN AUM real estate-focused investment firm in Los Angeles. I started my career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank's Leveraged Finance Group. Throughout my career, I've worked for many managers across various age groups and experience levels. Among all, Daniel is one of the most motivated, empathetic, and resourceful individuals I have encountered. As Alpaca's first post-MBA hire, he did not only carve out a career path for himself but also initiated this MBA internship program to develop Alpaca's thought leadership in areas that they previously were not present, in turn expanding Alpaca's access to quality deals. This internship also gives students an opportunity to learn about venture capital and helps train the next generation of investors. He is incredible at building and maintaining relationships. Through the generous sharing of his curated network, my internship partner and I could speak with ~20 investors/founders, access the right information and insights, and successfully deliver an industry white paper presentation to 100+ veteran investors. Real estate is an inherently relational business. Time after time, Daniel has demonstrated his relationship management, leadership, and creativity. I have every reason to believe that he will be a formidable positive force that will help transform the real estate industry.”

Our team conducted vast research across 38 industries and developed a quantitative and qualitative model for Jornaya to reference and build upon as they grow, ranking potential industries across a wide range of factors.
About Jornaya
We began our journey in 2011, when we set out to solve a pervasive problem in the lead marketplace, an industry in which both buyers and sellers knew little about the quality or conversion potential of the leads they were exchanging. Realizing that the best way to understand the potential of a lead was to witness the online journey of the consumer that led up to it, we pioneered a “VIN number for leads” that enabled a shared way of understanding and communicating about the history of each lead.
Fast forward to today, and we’re leveraging our robust network of websites, along with an unmatched ability to see first hand what consumers are doing on these sites, to deliver the surest signals of consumer intent.Other creators
