    My mom was a Court Appointed Special Advocate when I was a boy, and during my time with the BSA I also volunteered as a CASA. Douglas County CASA is dedicated to making sure these children get the attention they deserve. With the help of specially trained volunteers who advocate for the best interests of these vulnerable children, CASA helps children and teens find safe, permanent and loving homes.
