“Courtney is that person who will orchestrate the whole world tour but you wouldn't even know because the audience only gets to see the band and the lead singer. To me, that's Courtney. But translate that into marketing and automotive. I'll never forget the day I first walked into Porsche North Houston in my little Toyota wondering what the heck I was doing there because I'd never pictured myself in the automotive industry. I knew nothing about cars other than the fact that I've always enjoyed a nice car ride in a nice car. I knew just enough SEO to have stumbled into that building after a random LinkedIn job approach. Courtney and I made a great connection in that first interview and after an intro to the former and current CEO, I've been there ever since. One thing I can say about Courtney is that you can never out perform her. You might have a thousand things on your plate and feel the world is collapsing around you, well she's carrying two thousand and not complaining to you about it. I often wonder where she's getting all of her energy from and if I need an extra cup of coffee. She takes care of the company she works for. Safeguards the people who work with her. Gives people freedom to work and once you have truly earned her trust, you'll see her relax around you.”
