“Courtney was the “Pod” leader for the course I took on Positive Intelligence. I first learned of it through a session that Courtney led for Chief members where she shared her experience with Positive Intelligence. While I’m someone who enjoys personality or leadership style assessments because I think they are fun, I am NOT someone who will attend group sharing sessions on how to lean into something like “positive intelligence.” But, there’s something about Courtney that is so genuine, and she was so real in explaining the difference and impact that this course had on her life that I decided to leap and take the course with her. She did not let me down! She led and facilitated the pod sessions with curiosity and humility that allowed for vulnerability and humor and I really enjoyed being a part of the Pod and learning from and sharing with others. Even when life created some issues that prevented me from meeting my commitments to show up to these pod meetings, she was understanding and supportive rather than annoyed and disappointed.
