    As part of a consulting team, I evaluated donor data, fundraising activities, and board engagement to create a set of development recommendations and a development plan. The proposed plan and recommendations focused on the creation of a donor pipeline to establish sustainability and a major giving circle managed by the board of directors.

In partnership with the Executive Director and Board of Directors, I have developed and trained key personnel on a development strategy, with the aim of increasing number of major donors, size of gifts, and frequency of major gifts. This three year plan is expected to increase the number of major donors by 50%, and increase all donor retention to industry standards, resulting in an increase of revenue by no less than 100%.
