Education is a critical tool for firefighters to be able to assess circumstances and apply knowledge and experience in making the best decisions. All for the best results no matter what the situation is handed to us. Always attentive to helping others through my Boy Scout training at an early age I continued to assist whenever possible as a Good Samaritan. After nearly 20 years of volunteerism I decided to use my skillset with appropriating funds for the men and women who serve so unselfishly. I saved lives and property in my lifetime.
