Some advice I've heard that has helped me stay focused and driven is "You become what you think about". As challenges arise or things don't go as planned, it can be easy to slip into negativity, or feel like maybe you can't achieve what you set out to do. It's important to remain focused on the goal and find the steps needed to reach it.
