“I had the privilege to work with Chris during my time at Rocket Mortgage. Chris took over a very hard division in the company and was tasked with being able to turn it around. By working together with him we were able to get the train in a very good spot. Chris is very quick to identify the issues the organizations are having, identify the root causes, and make a plan to make it better. Chris knows how to organize his leaders to understand the focus of our outcomes and how we achieve them. Chris is a very strong technical leader. He was able to work with not only us leaders but our architects, engineers, and product owners to help develop the technical roadmap of how we wanted to drive our train. Chris worked tirelessly to identify where we can improve and help grow our team members. He is always seeking how he can help improve each team member to achieve their goals. He also took the time to help run stream wide events for knowledge sharing of technology and best practices. Even though the space we worked in at Rocket was a difficult space Chris took it in stride and was able to make it better. We were able to always hit our metrics and deliver for our clients. Our train was able to add new products and ensure we hit our technical goals. Chris was always able to help us with the voice of our customer and ensure that we were able to get the right eyes and focus on what we needed. I appreciate him as a leader and would work with him again in the future.”
