How can you coach speakers to handle Q&A sessions with confidence?
Practice. Write out the anticipated questions. Write out multiple ways to answer. In addition to the content delivered in your presentation, explore other sources you could use in your answers. Give the audience breadcrumbs to connect the dots and arrive at an understanding.

How can you command attention with a strong stage presence?
Read the audience to see that they are with you. Are they puzzled? Are they lost? As the speaker, you know where you are taking them. You know the twists and turns along the way. Keep them engaged by paying attention to them. Identify multiple ways to make your points and weave them into your talk. Give the audience room to breathe - make a point and pause. Don't rush to get to the next point.
