How can you optimize exit and return strategies using data analytics?
Having timely data and analytics is a difference maker when it comes to exit scenario planning. You don't want variables in your predictive models that are from 6 months ago. You want to update your key drivers and levers with the latest data/signal you have because it can impact accuracy of expected returns and risks.

How can you create a shared purpose in data analytics teamwork?
Don't forget to tie your data goal back to the business's goal. Ask yourself how your SMART goal helps the business drive revenue through improving retention rates, improving NPS or finds cost efficiency. This gives a sense of shared purpose, prevents going down rabbit holes and ensuring your work makes an impact.

You’re struggling to get feedback on your data analytics work. What can you do to get more input?
Investing in regular project check-in's will SAVE you and the stakeholder more time and effort than you realize! A classic example is when the business changes priorities but communication doesn't reach you or your team. Having a regular check-in will help uncover those moments and help you reassess if your project is still urgent or if you need to pivot the analysis to make new business needs. During regular check-in ask: has the priority of this project changed? Re-confirming the goal is still X and the audience is still Y.
