  • PCI CONSOLE

    - Present

The purpose of the PCI CONSOLE is to centralize data entry and reporting; thus, eliminating the need to jump between multiple systems. The PCI CONSOLE extracts data from several systems (i.e., SolarWinds NPM, ConnectWise PSA and iDirect,NCM and enables users to build associations between objects stored in the aforementioned databases. Additionally, through the PCI CONSOLE, users can combine these heterogeneous data-sets to form detailed reports.

Additionally, through the PCI CONSOLE, users can combine these heterogeneous data-sets to form detailed reports.

Recent additions to the PCI CONSOLE include an advanced hub management and network configuration system, executive dashboard and network summary.

The hub management module supports the creation of satellite network/device configurations, and automatically calculates bandwidth/CIR availability and contention ratios for bandwidth allocation.

The network configuration module enables users to define and manage customer site configurations. These configurations include: management of WAN, LAN and VoIP devices, IP address allocation, security settings, and the direct export to CISCO Router, ASA and Call Manager and Microsoft Active Directory.

The executive dashboard is a macro view of the overall health of the organization. The dashboard includes: service ticket summaries divided by department, weekly up-time averages for customer sites, and employee time. Managers utilize this system to ensure that the organization complies with customer SLA requirements, and that team members are being productive.

Lastly, the network summary is an automatically generated view that takes all devices defined in the configuration management modules of the PCI CONSOLE and links them to Solarwinds NPM; thus, creating a hierarchical view of all managed nodes in the network. Furthermore, users can click on any of the defined nodes and view all associated service tickets, weekly and daily graphs, and associated devices.
