“Soumya worked with me in New York Life from 2016 to 2019 as a Business transformation Strategist. We were part of OBIO-PMO and worked to define the custom Scaled Agile (SAFe) program and portfolio management framework for NYL-IT Landscape. She played an integral role in strategizing and implementing the Agile Transformation. During my tenure, I found her very analytical and innovative in her approach to problem-solving. The plug-n-play SAFe framework she developed helped many IT programs in NYL to transition to Scaled Agile within 25% of the standard cost. Her excellent coaching skills optimized the adoption process irrespective of the maturity levels of the programs. During the implementation stage, Soumya developed unique Ways of Working to integrate 14+ partner projects under the umbrella of the NYLIS-Integration program by collaborating with both internal and external partners.
