How can you stay organized with multiple accounts?
These are two key points to maintaining and growing any customer relationship and being able to build and keep trust. In a mostly virtual world, we have so many ways to communicate with customers and it's important to know which style is their preference. It's also important to know the right frequency and when to communicate news that's great, good, bad, or indifferent. We still need to have face time (and not the apple one) with our customers. It's important to break bread and meet together even now.

You have a lot of customer feedback to manage. What’s the best way to keep track of it all?
We have a great CRM BUT not all departments are integrated into or willing to use it on a regular basis. That said, we manage all issues and feedback with a CAPA format and have other processes in place to bring in the internal team members responsible for resolving the issue. Having something to be able to share the feedback across the organization is vital to track one off issues and issues that are or that may becoming systemic before they get out of hand.

You have a lot of customer feedback to manage. What’s the best way to keep track of it all?
In my current role we do this with a multi faceted approach of annual feedback surveys and escalation layers for day to day issue management. I agree with some others that have said assess and handle or delegate. You could also assess and manage by managing the project/issue to make sure the other departments are handling the work and getting it done timely. It really depends on the scope and issue that was given by the customers feedback.

How can you maintain a strong relationship with your counterpart after a sales negotiation?
This is so very important to do. It’s very easy to drop the ball in a fast-paced sales environment where sales cycles may be long but other things in work pull you away. It’s just as important before as after the close to do what you said you would do.
