Electronic Health Record Implementation-Phase 2: EHR

See projectI am the project lead for configuring and implementing the School Based Clinic Program's first-ever EHR. Phase 2 is the Electronic Health Record (patient charting, assigning CPT and diagnosis codes, etc). I am also the lead trainer for all SBC end-users.
Implementation went well and we are already looking to update to the latest software version. -

Hear how a Minneapolis program is using Facebook, QR codes and more to reach out to students by providing sensitive health information in ways traditional media is ineffective.
Session was ranked as one of the most valuable sessions of the entire convention…I presented "Using Social Media & Technology to Reach Students and Increase Clinic Visits."
