For all my office owner's / investors. Here is your DFW Office Market Inventory Update. Still a record amount of inventory and this does not include all of the Off-Market inventory which continues to be shuffled around. The keys to success when looking to sell office are simple: 1. Access the ever-changing buyer pool. The buyer pool today is different from one and two years ago. 2. Understand and know how to access the owner-user market. 3. Co-Operate with other brokers. Many office brokers are late to the game on this one and have already established a reputation for not being co-broker friendly. 4.
