“Brent Stadler has reported directly to me for over ten years at two different companies. During that time, he has proven to be one of the hardest working and most dedicated employees that I have ever been associated with. Brent approaches every assignment with persistent determination until it is completed, both accurately and on time. I originally hired Brent at Graco Children’s Products as a Cost Accountant. He quickly got engaged in the business and leveraged his strong cost accounting knowledge to improve the financial results of the business. Due to his great performance, he earned a number of promotions, first to a Cost Analyst, then later to a Plant Controller, and ultimately to a Manufacturing Controller. He provided solid financial support to the manufacturing facilities and drove cost reductions and improvements in productivity. I can pay no higher compliment than to say that after I left Graco and went to work for Masco Retail Cabinet Group, I again recruited Brent to work with me as part of my Financial Planning & Analysis Team. He held progressively increasing roles resulting in his current position of Marketing Finance Manager. During that time, he has provided great financial support to Sales, Marketing, and New Product Development. I have received numerous compliments from the VPs and Directors of those departments regarding the strong strategic partnerships that Brent formed and the improved results due to his efforts. Brent is an excellent Team player. His sense of humor and willingness to help out wherever and whenever needed, makes it a pleasure to work with him.
