“I worked with Brian in a team at Facebook to help users feel more in control of their News Feed. For 6 months of the project, we had not yet hired a Product Manager to run the project, so Brian as Tech Lead and I, as Product Design Manager, operated as a team to manager the product. Brian was one of my favorite partners of my career designing digital products. His technical knowledge was deep, organizational skills were strong, and his communication and interpersonal skills enabled our team to march forward at a quick pace to ultimately launch the Snooze product for Facebook with very little difficulty. Anytime there was a complicated problem we were trying to explain or agree on as a team, Brian would speak in such a clear and focused way that the whole room would suddenly be on the same page with a few crisp sentences. I'd work with Brian again any day! ”
