“Bill developed the learning strategy that transformed Motorola in the 80s to become the world leader in quality and performance. He is a visionary leader who inspires trust and empowers people to do their best. I hired him to help us develop a first-in-the world learning collaborative of Microsoft, First Data, and Whirlpool to discover previously hidden opportunities for new markets, products, and services in low income markets in the U.S. and Mexico. We would not have succeeded without his expertise, advice, and support.”
