“Benny Joseph has a drive that is truly inspirational. Benny was my direct manager during my co-op at Intuit. During this time he took the time to sit with me to discuss my goals and progress every two weeks, despite being overbooked as a director. He gave great advice, and wanted to make sure that I would have the best co-op experience imaginable. He did that in two ways. First, he made other co-ops and I learn by fire. He made sure we were checking in code and making significant contributions within our first couple of days. For the rest of the 6 months he made sure we kept on challenging ourselves and kept on learning new things. Secondly, he made it a point to help me reach my goals. He talked to the right people to make sure that my goals would be met by the end of the 6 months. I came in as a beginner engineer with no direction, after working for Benny I became a full stack engineer with the motivation to take on the world. Benny treated me as a full-time engineer, and made sure I proved that responsibility. Benny Joseph changed my outlook on engineering, and he inspired me to always pursue my goals. I highly recommend Benny Joseph.”
