    Consulting project carried out through the QUEST honors program for the Division of Information Technology at the University of Maryland
    Delivered plan for 45% increased successful outreach to the community about IT services through Six Sigma
    Corresponded with client as primary point of contact to organize meetings and provide recommendations

  • Soundware Experiences

    - Present

    Sculptural / Experiential project to bring mindfulness of our sonic environments to listeners through audio technology. Displayed modular Soundware devices at 3 different exhibitions, and continued mission through Beechwood Art's "Sonic Sanctuary" installation as an artist in residence.

  • Underwater Fin Design - Bio-inspired unmanned vehicle propulsion systems

    As part of a team of three, Developed experiment around concept of Biologically-Inspired underwater propulsion systems at the Collective Dynamics and Control Laboratory at the University of Maryland.
    Tested difference in thrust at certain frequencies between high rotational-inertia fins (mimicking goldfish) and low rotational-inertia fins (mimicking Barracuda)
    Learned about the use of existing test stand used to to move fins and measure thrust and torque.
    Learned to use Matlab…

    Discovered and answered a need for an app to boost listenership for my campus radio station. Developed iOS application in Xcode and worked with community to create an app with streaming and scheduling information.

  • Over Sand Vehicle Challenge

    Received A+ grade as part of a team of eight
    Successfully designed, planned, and built autonomous vehicle to navigate to, locate and acquire metal sample, transmit weight and location, and return to start location
    Lead role in coding and circuitry of vehicle
    Process included milestone tests and presentations

  • Vision 2020 Driver Visualization Initiative

    -

    Team designed and developed product to create enhanced driver experience. Final project would be integrated into the windshield of cars and would polarize light to block out glare and actively track the sun to block brightest spots from the driver's eyes.
