“Ben is a doer. He excites the mind with his creative and deliberate planning. It has been my interaction with Ben, that I just want to be better, and stretch myself as a leader. I have observed that when he speaks, people listen...as his combination of wisdom and presence just pull people in, creating a craving for what he has to teach in that moment. I appreciate the coaching his has given me, verbally and by his actions.”
