When I joined our small team at Women In Product, I noticed almost immediately how many projects she had on her plate and how efficiently she managed and executed all of them. Arianna is always evolving processes and stretching ideas beyond even what other team members could imagine and seamlessly seeing projects out end-to-end. She conceptualized and managed the organization's first-ever virtual conference, making space for speakers and 3,000+ attendees and working with a production team to stream successfully; all amid the unprecedented times of 2020. Beyond the conference, Arianna has created a totally new event format for the organization. Leveraging our world-class event platform, Hopin, the blender series she developed allows attendees to connect with speakers and each other with both a session and networking.
