Our signature fund raiser, the Hudson Valley Ribfest, has been held since 2004 at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz, New York, on the 3rd weekend in August. It has provided thousands of dollars of support to hundreds of volunteer organizations throughout the Hudson Valley.
