Compared and contrasted the mHealth market between China and America. Analyzed the top 5 mHealth apps in the United States and China. Analyzed the top 5 mHealth companies in the United States and China. Applied American mHealth app and company business models to Tiuwebs app and company business model. Developed a comprehensive schematic report providing recommendations and opportunities for the company Tiuweb.

The project consisted of developing a hypothetical company in the natural and specialty food industry. The company that we created was Queens Port Tea's, a British tea house in Portland, Maine. The project consisted of developing a hypothetical company in the natural and specialty food industry. The company that we created was Queens Port Tea's, a British tea house in Portland, Maine. We first developed an environmental analysis to understand the whole market and the competitive nature of the industry.

We were then able to develop a specific business model that perfectly fit the market. This includes creating a mission and vision statement, a floor plan, a target market, a marketing plan, and other important factors. In addition, we had to predict the amount of demand that the hypothetical company was going to receive based on the traffic patterns of the location and comparable markets.

One of the most critical aspects of the project was deciding if it was financially feasible. To do this we took the financial information from our business concept and developed pro forma income, balance, and cash flow statements. After finding the information, we were able to solve for the Net present value, IRR, and Payback period to see if the project company that was a feasible and a profitable investment.

Based on the information we discovered the company was a success. The project was then presented to our faculty managers. Show less

We then analyzed financial statements and compared which company was more financially stables. After in depth analysis we discovered that Monsanto was more suitable for an investment over Syngenta.
