On numerous occasions, Anna went out of her way to ensure I received recognition for my work and that I was oriented toward my long-term career goals. I am so thankful to have had Anna as a manager early on in my career. In addition to her management skills, Anna is an excellent leader. She gets things done while acknowledging trade offs and managing through them. Anna is extremely sharp and deductive. She leads productive conversations with ease, and takes care to ensure all voices are heard. Anna pioneers excellent communication as a product manager, especially with her tech team. She is empathetic in her approach to conversations with stakeholders, and takes care to understand all perspectives. She is not afraid to deliver "bad news". Anna is purposeful in her approach to crisis communications and can manage through a fire drill with grace. Anna is a breath of fresh air and transparency when brought into any project or team.”
