Implementing our training program that takes client /contractor through the implementation phase. Starting with recruiting hiring and training a sales and claims management team. The Hailmax model developed and executed provides for the segregated approach dividing the sales team from a claims management team. Allowing the sales team to zero in on closing sales while our claims managers did what they do best meeting with adjusters to ensure the claims reflect the homeowner needs are met) Our Claims managers are trained to work with on the details, They are responsible for capturing and gathering all the neccessary details to make a claim efficient and profitable. Hailmax claims management system was implemented for the success of over 250 new sales in less than 6 months over $2.0 million in revenues at an average 47% gross profit margin. All accomplished while utilizing sales team members with NO experience in the industry. All sales and claims were supported by our team in Charlotte and included customer care, estimating, supplementing and data management for our client.
