How can you create a work breakdown structure for a program?
Creating a work breakdown structure for any program requires a well define purpose for the project and acquiring key matter experts on your team to successfully accomplish it! The team has to visualize the production process in order for the program to work. Make your goals and objectives known and ask yourself, what tasks are essential to producing the final outcome? Gather critical components, establish a timeline, assess cost, and determine resources. Always ask for feedback, there is so much power in receiving suggestions and ideas that could help make the process more efficient that you hadn’t thought of.
