The goal was to gain $1M in annual FPDE savings by improving understanding of and compliance with sales policies. The Kaizen event exceeded that goal by identifying $3.23M in FPDE savings, $400K in unexpected direct savings on product costs, and identified significant improvements in productivity and reliability.
